North Central Regional Libraries (NCRL) will reopen their locations under phase 2 of the Governor's reopening plan on Tuesday February 16th. NCRL said that there are already safety measures in place in their libraries.
Customers will be required to wear a mask, practice social distancing, and limit their visit to around thirty minutes. In accordance with state mandated guidelines, all of the library buildings will have a 25 percent occupancy limit. The local library chain said if you prefer minimal contact service, curbside pickup will continue to be offered at all branches. We are also working to expand service hours and availability, which we plan to launch in March.
