Moses Lake Residents to shelter in place near Wheeler Rd due to Fertilizer Plant Fire

GCSO is asking residents to shelter in place Tuesday for those who work or live to 1 mile east of Wheeler Road and Road M-Northeast. The order is due to a fire at Two Rivers Terminal.

The smoke contains sulfur which can be an irritant and those asked in the area are to close all doors, windows and turn of A/C units.

GCSO has canceled the shelter in place order that went into effect Tuesday afternoon due to a fire near Wheeler off of Wheeler Rd and Road M NE.
