A 23-year-old woman died early Tuesday from injuries sustained in a crash on I-90 Monday morning.
The driver of the vehicle Alfredo Calderon Diaz was driving eastbound on the 90 freeway near Ellensburg early Monday morning closing all westbound lanes and one eastbound lane.
According to the Washington State Patrol Diaz overcorrected, causing the 2005 Chevrolet Avalanche to roll. Diaz was driving too fast for conditions.
The passengers in the vehicle, 48-year-old Maria Calderon, 18-year-old Jovanny Calderon-Valencia and 23-year-old Karen Calderon-Valencia were ejected from the vehicle when it rolled.
The youngest passengers were both not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash.
Karen, Calderon-Valencia was transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle where she passed away from sustained injuries.
