Bond agents still searching for alleged armed robbery fugitive who allegedly skipped court

WASHINGTON - Bond agents are still looking for a man with ties to the Grant County area who is accused of skipping court after posting bail.


Timothy Richard Ray Riggins, 31, is facing charges of Armed Robbery and Possession of an Explosive Device and posted bond but allegedly never showed up to his court date per the terms of his bond, according to PNW Court & Recovery Services.


“Tim is a known drug user who is out on bond and has skipped court on his Armed Robbery charge and possession of an explosive device. He is a known member of the Norteños gang. He is known to frequent the Moses Lake, Ephrata, Yakima areas,” the agency posted on Facebook.

“Notify the Bail Enforcement Agents and they will come get him,” the bond enforcement agency stated.
