Grant County K-9s were unable to find Joshua Maher. Ephrata School Districts have resumed normal operations. Residents and businesses owners are still advised to be aware of their surroundings.
The manhunt has has been going on for 2 hours. GCSO (Grant County Sheriffs Office) sent out the first alerts at 10:14 am pst 5/7/19 and provided a second update at 12:47 pm pst 5/7/19
Ephrata Manhunt
A manhunt is underway in Ephrata WA after an assult in the Grant County Courthouses 9:30 pst this morning.
Grant County Sheriff and Local Police are looking for Joshua Maher, a white male at age 34 Standing 5ft 9in and is 174lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on the back of his neck and shoulders. Maher was last seen in the north area of the courthouse and northwest Ephrat. K-9s are being deployed into neighborhoods.
local Law Enforcements are asking for all residents to stay indoors until the manhunt is complete. If Joshua Maher is seen call 911 immediately.
