C Street SW in Downtown Ephrata will be closed for a large portion of the day on Friday February 28th. Construction workers will be replacing an outdated old air conditioning unit at the rooftop of the Grand Public Utilities District (Grant PUD) headquarters building.
The closure along C Street will span from Division Avenue to First Avenue SW. The closure is scheduled from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm.
