Firefighters are trying to contain a small brush fire currently burning along the eastbound lanes of the 90-Freeway Sunday afternoon. There are currently no evacuation orders.
The fire has closed one eastbound lane for the firefighters to work on extinguishing the flames.
The fire has burned five acres near milepost 141, according to the Grant County Sheriff's Office.
According to the sheriffs office they plan to use air crews to extinguish the flames due to the dry and steep terrain in the area. There are no injuries reported.
