GCSO looking for Mattawa targeted drive-by shooting suspects who at large and armed and dangerous

UPDATE:

The Grant County Sheriffs Office said Rodrigo Quiroz, 19, and Melchor Celaya, 19, both from the two drive by shootings in Mattawa surrendered at the Mattawa Police station Thursday.



The Grant County Sheriffs Office are searching for two suspects who were involved in two drive-by shooting that took place Thursday morning near and in the town of Mattawa 60 miles southwest of Moses Lake. The sheriff's office stated that the two shootings were not random and were targeted.


Police are searching for 19-year-old Rodrigo Quiroz, 19-year-old Melchor Celaya, and an unknown individual that others described as a Latino man. According to the grant County Sheriffs Office all three are suspects in the shootings. Quiroz and Celaya are both Latino men. Quiroz is 5’8” tall and weighs 155 pounds. Celya is 4’9” tall and weighs 101 pounds.


Their last known location was near SR-243 and Road 24-Southwest where they abandoned their vehicle. No injuries were reported both of the shootings.
