Local Alsted Real Estate joins world renowned Century 21 Real Estate

- Moses Lake, WA (Downtown)

Another local realty company has joined a well known global realtors company. Formally Alsted Real Estate the local downtown company has changed their name to CENTURY 21 Alsted Real Estate. The name has been a household name since 1990.

MLWA 7 News got a chance to sit down with Sherri Kasparek, Broker Owner, CENTURY 21 Alsted Real Estate and ask about the big name change.

“We went with Century 21 because it’s one of the most recognized names in the industry.” Kasparek also mentioned the liking of how Century 21 can market to different demographics including those moving here from a different country or those who speak a different language.

Known for providing full-service real estate services and for being active members of the communities they serve, the company and its affiliated sales professionals can now access world-class marketing, coaching and agent learning, and an industry-best productivity platform to grow their businesses and better serve clients and customers throughout Ephrata, Moses Lake, Ephrata and the Greater Inland Northwest and Columbia Basin regions.

“I needed to make a move to a real estate brand that is more relevant in the hearts and minds of consumers as well as one that will help me provide extraordinary opportunities and benefits to my affiliated agents so they in turn could do the same for their clients,” said Kasparek. “After much deliberation, the choice was clear: Century 21 Real Estate is the best-equipped company with a consumer focus business model for my team and the home buyers, sellers and communities that we serve.”

The CENTURY 21 Alsted Real Estate team plans to leverage the CENTURY 21® brand’s unparalleled global presence and technology products and services to secure more leads, close more deals and build valued relationships with clients worldwide.

“We had other suitors to choose from, but no real estate company offers our team the market, scope, relevance, and laser-like focus on quality service ratings and client experiences like the CENTURY 21 brand,” added Kasparek. “We live and breathe Moses Lake and are known for going above and beyond for anyone interested in the lifestyle, recreational opportunities and aesthetic values this great land offers to residents and investors alike.”

What can a person expect when shopping or wanting to view a home during COVID-19?

The mandate under the governor only allows 3 people on property including the owners during phase 2 asking with masks being required as well. The houses are continuing to be cleaned between viewings along with providing hand sanitation stations.

How has COVID changed the home industry locally?

“Century 21 has helped us adapt to work with buyers and sellers and that’s the exciting thing about Century 21. Buyers aren’t going out at the moment and how Century 21 allows us to connect virtually with the sellers and buyers in a new safer way during these times is amazing.” said Kasparek.
