MLPD responded to a shots fired E Nelson Rd and Pioneer way Tuesday morning at 3:00am. According to MLPD their were no suspects nor victims that were located at the time of the arrival, eyewitnesses reported two vehicles that were involved in the shooting a black Chevrolet Suburban and a white Dodge Charger.
The Moses Lake Police Department on Saturday located the victim’s Dodge Charger that experienced bullet damage, which had damage from at least two bullets, on West Windy Street. The victim told police that her boyfriend confronted her then fired several shots at her and her friends while they were in thier car.
The victim's boyfriend, was identified by MLPD as Moses Lake resident 37-year-old Daniel Hubbard. Hubbard was later located at his residence where he was apprehended for second-degree attempted murder and domestic violence. MLPD said that Hubbard confessed to the shooting. Officers located a .38 caliber revolver and shell casings at the suspect’s home, according to Moses Lake police. No injuries were reported in the shooting.
