Moses Lake homeowner subdues, holds alleged car-prowler until police arrive

The Moses Lake Police Department responded to a call regarding a supposed car break-in at the 1500 block of Buell St. Wednesday morning just before 6 a.m.
Police say the homeowner discovered 20-year-old Daniel Tudor of M.L. breaking into a vehicle on the homeowner's property. Following the confrontation, the homeowner and Tudor began fighting, and the homeowner subdued him until MLPD was able to arrive and arrested the Tudor.
Local authorities stated that the investigation shows Tudor stole other items from the fenced backyard as well. Tudor was transported to Samaritan Healthcare was treated for his conditions, he was then booked into the county jail in Ephrata for charges of residential burglary, second-degree vehicle prowling along with providing false information to officers.
